The Indian market is likely to open lower on Wednesday tracking mixed sentiment from Asian peers ahead of the release of Chinese manufacturing activity. At 7:15 am, the SGX Nifty was trading 33.50 points or 0.39 percent lower at 8,522.00, indicating a negative start for the Sensex and Nifty50.
