Jai Simha box office collection: For Nandamuri Balakrishna, the Simha series has worked well so far and looks like it continues to do so. KS Ravikumar directorial Jai Simha which also marks Balakrishna 102nd film and is doing a good business both in the domestic market an in overseas. The good news is that the film has started off on a very good note for the makers and the overseas collections speak volumes of the film’s success. On the second day Balakrishna starrer has earned $10,631 in the USA box office. Earlier on Friday the film had made earned $ 107,512 in the Us box office. During the morning, evening and night shows, Jai Simha witnessed an occupancy of 30-40%. Balakrishna reunites with Nayanthara for the third time after blockbusters such as Simhaa and Sri Rama Rajyam. Apart from Nayanthara, the film will also star Natasha Doshni and Bigg Boss fame Hari Priya.
The film has been panned by the critics for a male dominant film and for showcasing moe or less the stereotype things. The same action sequences, back story and plot. Jai Simha is nothing that we have not witnessed before. It is typical tollywood masala film which fails to hold back. Nayanthara has no job to do. She is on the screen to just woo Balakrishna and her character’s ultimate dream is to marry this macho man and have a family, so does the other supporting actresses.
As the trailer starts, Nandamuri Balakrishna gets the cliched entrance. His dialogues are powerful but as an audience, you just know that you have heard all of this before. It is surely amass film specialy hose wj=ho enjoy a fare of action sequence. Even in the aspect of the storyline, the trailer fails to keep your attention intact.
