Harsha Engineers International will make an investment up to 5% of total capital contribution in Goldi Harsha Ventures.
Goldi Harsha Ventures is a special purpose vehicle to execute an EPC project for installation of 10 MW solar power project of Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) alongwith comprehensive operation and maintenance. The SPV is yet to commence business.
Harsha Engineers International was quoting at Rs 385.40, up Rs 2.80, or 0.73 percent on the BSE.

Sah Polymers IPO updates:
The initial public offering (IPO) of Sah Polymers received decent response from investors on January 2 as the issue got subscribed 1.56 times, the second day of bidding. Investors have put in bids for 87.68 lakh equity shares against 56.1 lakh shares on the offer.
The portion set aside for retail investors and high networth individuals were fully booked on first day itself. Retail investors subscribed 5.12 times the allotted quota, while HNIs quota fetched 1.56 times bids. However, the quota reserved for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 38 percent.
Market update at 2 PM: Sensex is up 219.02 points or 0.36% at 61059.76, and the Nifty added 63.10 points or 0.35% at 18168.40.

TVS Motor Company registered sales of 2,42,012 units in December 2022 as against sales of 2,50,993 units in December 2021.
Total two-wheelers registered sales of 2,27,666 units December 2022 as against 2,35,392 units December 2021.
Domestic two-wheeler sales registered growth of 10% increasing from 1,46,763 units in December 2021 to 1,61,369 units in December 2022.
Motorcycle registered sales of 1,24,705 units in December 2022 as against 1,33,700 units in December 2021. Scooter registered growth of 14% with sales increasing from 67,533 units in December 2021 to 76,766 units in December 2022.
