Along with the top-notch specifications, the smartphone gets an advanced screen protection, that is the ShatterShield display. This means that the Moto Z2 Force’s screen will not crack from any accidental slips. The smartphone is priced at Rs 34,999 which puts it in direct competition with OnePlus 5T. In order to buy the smartphone, you will need to go to Flipkart at 12 midnight. The smartphone is one-of-a-kind modular phone which has the facility to add mods. Every new Moto Z2 Force buyer will also get a free TurboPower Pack Moto Mod which will boost the battery of the device. It was back in July last year when Moto Z2 Force was launched in the US. As per a study conducted by the Counterpoint research, the premium smartphone market in India, grew 20 per cent annually in terms of volume and 28 per cent in terms of value in the year 2017. The premium smartphone market in India is essentially the devices which are above Rs. 30,000.

Moto Z2 Force gets an impressive 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is identical to the OnePlus 5T which gets 6 GB RAM, 64 GB internal memory. However, advantage Moto here has is that of expandable storage. The Moto Z2 Force memory can be expanded up to a behemoth 2 TB. The list of similarities continues as both the smartphones get the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor under the hood.
The screen on the Moto Z2 Force gets a 5.5-inch quad HD panel, that means Moto Z2 Force gets 2560 x 1440 Pixels. Another important aspect of the display is that it is shatterproof. That means, the device can withstand accidental drops from a height of up to 5 feet. The Moto “ShatterShield” technology as claimed by the company will not crack or shatter. In comparison, OnePlus 5T gets 6.01-inch FHD Full Optic AMOLED display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution and the latest 18:9 aspect ratio. The battery on the Moto Z2 Force is 2730 mAh which may not seem a lot, however, the included mod with the device gives it a necessary boost. Moto “TurboPower Pack mod” comes with 3,490mAh battery, that means the combined battery stands at 6,220mAh, which should be capable enough to give you at least two days of power, as claimed by the handset maker. On the other hand, OnePlus 5T gets 3300mAH Lithium Polymer battery with Dash Charge technology.
Moto Z2 Force gets a dual 12MP rear sensor and 5MP front-facing shooter. When compared with OnePlus 5T’s the numbers don’t really add up to the 20MP+16MP primary dual camera and the 16MP front-facing camera.
Moto Z2 Force comes with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box, however, OnePlus 5T get OxygenOS based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat from the box. OnePlus 5T is upgradable to Android 8.0 Oreo.
OnePlus 5T gets a price tag of Rs 32999 for the 64 GB variant which less than the price point of Moto Z2 Force, which Rs 34,999. However, OnePlus 5T with 128 GB memory and 8GB of RAM is priced at Rs 37,999.
