NEW DELHI: Agriculture stocks were trading on a mixed note in Tuesday’s afternoon session.
Shares of Trescon (up 8.61 per cent), Kaveri Seed Company (up 3.29 per cent), Godrej Agrovet (up 2.42 per cent), Simran Farms (up 2.41 per cent), Hester Biosciences (up 2.16 per cent) and Venky (India) (up 0.66 per cent) were among the top gainers.
While Proseed India (down 3.70 per cent), Karuturi Global (down 2.78 per cent), JK Agri Genetics (down 2.21 per cent), White Organic Agro (down 1.34 per cent), AgriTech (India) (down 1.23 per cent), SKM Egg Products Export (India) (down 1.19 per cent), Raghuvansh Agrofarms (down 0.23 per cent) and Nath BioGenes (India) (down 0.01 per cent) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty 50 index was trading 16.05 points down at 12246.7, while the 30 shares BSE Sensex was down 69.01 points at 41573.65 at around 01:23 pm.
