NEW DELHI: Fertilizer stocks were trading on a mixed note in Tuesday’s afternoon session.
Shares of Rama Phosphates (up 8.07 per cent), Shiva Global Agro Industries (up 5.62 per cent), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem (up 3.17 per cent), GSFC (up 1.95 per cent), Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers (up 1.64 per cent), Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals (up 0.93 per cent), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers (up 0.39 per cent) and Coromandel International (up 0.18 per cent) were among the top gainers.
While Zuari Agro (down 3.01 per cent), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore (down 1.60 per cent), Southern Petrochemicals Industries (down 1.06 per cent), Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals (down 1.01 per cent), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers (down 0.99 per cent), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (down 0.74 per cent), Basant Agro Tech (India) (down 0.60 per cent) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty-50 index was trading 28.40 points down at 12227.45, while the 30 shares BSE Sensex was down 99.41 points at 41458.59 at around 02:13 pm.
