NEW DELHI: OMCs were trading on a mixed note in Friday’s session with their sectoral index on BSE trading higher.
Shares of Indraprastha Gas (up 2.83 per cent), GAIL (India) (up 2.29 per cent), Castrol India (up 0.68 per cent) and Oil And Natural Gas Corporation (up 0.67 per cent) were trading with gains.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation (down 1.30 per cent), Petronet LNG (down 0.72 per cent), Reliance Industries (down 0.61 per cent) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (down 0.34 per cent) were trading with losses.
The S&P BSE Oil & Gas index was trading 0.12 per cent up at 13,164.07 around 11:13 am.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 19.40 points at 11,010 while the BSE Sensex was down 57.74 points at 37,253.79.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, Spicejet, Coal India, IDBI Bank, JSPL, Tata Motors, Dish TV India and Ashok Leyland were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
