Sterlite Tech expands teams in Americas, Europe and Asia markets – ET Telecom –

NEW DELHI: Home-bred gear vendor Sterlite Technologies (STL) on Wednesday revamped its management structure with a series of new appointments in several key markets including the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

Sterlite Technologies has appointed Stephen Szymanski as General Manager and Regional Commercial Executive, America; Luis Fernando Leon as Manager, Central America; Mayur Tanna as Head, Enterprise Businesses, India; and Tushar Shah as Key Account Manager for the United Kingdom region.

Stephen has over 25 years of experience in business development, product management, and executive leadership. Before joining STL, Stephen was Senior Vice President- Telecom, for Prysmian Group in North America. He has been associated with organizations like EIS Inc., Fiber Optic Sensing Association (FOSA), and Fiber Broadband Association (FBA).

Luis has joined STL from Corning Incorporated where he worked in business development and account management areas. He has over 24 years of work experience and has been previously associated with organizations like 3M, Prysmian, and Siemens.
Mayur holds rich experience in areas like digital transformation, Enterprise IoT, and telecom infrastructure. He has over 25 years of experience spanning Telecom, 4G/5G Networks, IoT Business and Enterprise business strategy in companies like Siemens, Marconi, Ericsson, Augere, Aircel and Mobilogix. In his last role, he was the Vice President with Mobilogix, a global IoT company.

Tushar has joined STL from Infinera, where he handled key accounts and managed customer relationships across Telecom, Government and Technology sectors. Tushar has been previously associated with large tech organisations like Lenovo, Huawei, Ciena in various sales and business development roles.
