Leaked video of Samsung foldable smartphone Galaxy Z Flip emerges: Watch here

An allegedly leaked video of Samsung’s foldable smartphone has blown up social media. Said to be called Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, a short hands-on video was posted on Twitter by leaker Ben Geskin, showing how the phone opens from a small square-like shape to a more rectangular one. It is still not clear from where the video emerged, or whether this is really how the foldable smartphone would look and work ince officailly launched.

Samsung is believed to unveil the new clamshell foldable smartphone on 11 February, 2020 in its first grand event of the year. But days before the phone’s official launch, numerous reports, leaks and rumours have emerged showcasing the phone’s alleged looks, design and specifications too. However, this is the first fully-equipped video showing how the phone looks from outside and even from the inside once flipped open.

As seen in the video, Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip may come with the highly anticipated ‘Ultra Thin Glass’ for its flexible display. Apart from the various earlier leaks that have pointed out bevy of specifications, looks and designs, this phone is lined up in the launch along with the much-leaked Galaxy S20 flagship smartphone.

Once the video went up, it became viral all over Twitter as tweeples were not amused by the design and their imagination soared and they posted their own versions of the flip.

Most of them compared the new design and flip with Nitendo’s 2003-released Gameboy Advance SP 201 model:

Most of them didn’t seem to be convinced by the design at all and wondered why Samsung had make the phone this way, well, only if the leak is believed to be true:

With the various earlier leaks that revealed a bevy of specifications, looks and designs, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is lined up in the launch on 11 February along with another much-leaked Galaxy S20 flagship smartphone.
