Royal Enfield Hunter 350 India launch tomorrow – BikeWale

Royal Enfield will launch its all-new Hunter 350 in the Indian market tomorrow. The company has fully-revealed the new Hunter 350 and the motorcycle will be available in two variants – Metro and Retro.

The Metro version will pack higher-spec hardware and more features than the Retro variant. This version gets disc brakes on both wheels, dual-channel ABS, LED taillight, and alloy wheels. The Retro variant, on the other hand, uses a bulb-type taillight, drum brake at the rear, single-channel ABS, and wire-spoke wheels. Apart from the hardware, the two variants will be distinguished through their respective colour options. The Metro version will feature a dual-tone paint themes while the Retro variant will get single-tone colours.

The mechanical specifications will be identical on both variants. Thus, the Hunter 350 range will use a 349cc, single-cylinder, two-valve, SOHC, air/oil-cooled engine. Linked to a five-speed gearbox, the motor delivers 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm of peak torque at 4,000rpm. The company claims a top speed of 114kmph and a fuel economy of 36.2kmpl.

Needless to say, the Retro variant will be sold at a lower price tag than the Metro version and the Hunter 350 range should arrive at a lower price tag than the Bullet 350.
