NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading in the positive zone in Wednesday’s morning session.
Shares of Prestige Estates Projects (up 5.57 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate (up 4.67 per cent), Oberoi Realty (up 4.56 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (up 2.13 per cent), SOBHA (up 1.12 per cent), DLF (up 0.94 per cent), Mahindra Lifespace Developers (up 0.91 per cent) and Godrej Properties (up 0.6 per cent) were among the top gainers.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 1.64 per cent up at 321.95 around 10:09 am.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 57.30 points at 12,305, while the BSE Sensex was down 172.94 points at 41,779.69.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 13 were trading in the green, while 37 were in the red.
Shares of YES Bank, Vodafone Idea, SBI, Tata Global Beverages, SAIL, Bank of Baroda, Indiabulls Housing Finance, JSPL, Tata Motors and IndusInd Bank were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
