Tata vs Mistry: SC to hear plea challenging NCLAT order on Friday
The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear on Friday the petition by Tata Sons Private Ltd (TSPL) challenging the NCLAT decision restoring Cyrus Mistry as executive chairman of the Tata Group.
